hi everyone need some help here,
i am about to file but my deadline is really close just couple of weeks to reach 1 year and haven't still got all my documents yet. Is it possible to just drop the applications with certain docs i have and take the remaining in the interview wth me? or should i wait until the last minute or the week to drop it?

 usually your interview is scheduled one month from the date of your application...so you will have ample time to collect the docuents you need...dont worry... take the documents that you need to the interview and hand it over to the officer...apply with whatever documents you have for now so that u wont go beyond the one year period.

as far as i know you dont need to send document with your application . only passport and i94 are necessary with application. so apply now and take document with you on your interview.

are you sure facebook? i have seen people sending a big pile of documents copies, and i think they look after those documents for that month period. if you take those docs on the same day of the interview i m not sure if they will get time to go thru it.

 if u dont have all the documents...send whatever u have for now before its too late. At the beginning of the interview, the asylum officer will ask you if u have any additional evidences to support your claim. hand over your documents right then. make a good rebuttal to be on the safe side if they ask you why were u late in applying and collecting documents. simple as that.

guys check asylum website. you dont need yo send any document with application beside your identification.
at time of interview you are supposed to take all papers with you. in that way they will get less time to go through all your documents and find our mistakes.
pathaune le first mai pani pathauchan. but it doesnt matter cause timro interview nabhaye samma timro paper kasaile herdaina. they dont have time to do research and go details on our paper .
its like our interview on embassy while interview.

@facebook, ur idea sounds good too.. tara kehi pani document pathayena bhane ta uni harule kehi idea nai hudaina ni .. ke ke vayeko bhanne barema...

 aee kinaki ma last entry gareko us ma bhayo 3-4 barsa tesaile ahile file garda k hudo recha herdai chu? what do u think houston wud be better or cali or newyork?

 u know in that case, u gotta give good reason, like the circumstance changes.. from my knowledge Cali is best.. ani new york.. tara i wont relocate just for it... 

ya couple of my friends already got it from cali. the main concern is i m staus ma nabhako 4-5 mahina bhayo idk what to do ?  i m scared lol

 in dat case.. i guess... its even more better... kinaki u get second chance too.. immigration court ma janako lagi yedi interview fail vayeko case ma.. 

 thats where im scared of ... what if they also deny u know i will be in big trouble so i m just in dilemma. r u hiring an attorney?

 from my knoweldge, asylum vaneko credibility ko barema ho.. yedi u r saying dat u cant go back becuase u fear persecution.. it is against human rights to send u... tesaile tesko lagi dherai lamo samaya lagcha (kasaiko 10 barsha samma lageko pani suneko chu).. and yedi decision timro favour ma vayena vane, u can keep on appealing again and again.... of course ur life will be hell at that time by paying all ur earnings to the wokil... 

no merica bro; in those years you will have work permit and you dont have to pay each time to okil. just get some good lawyer who will handle case till it ends. they will charge you from 2000-4000.
till interview time you dont really need lawyer. umless you wanna waste your money. as per law lawyer cant help you on paper (fake) making. and they will not surely do they will loose their whole permit if they got caught.
immigration cant send you back just because you failed your case only court can and in court as you said it will take more than 10 years for sure.

 
So what do i do in my case u think facebook ji? should i go ahead and file and see what happens? my scenerio is i m out of status for around 4-5 months. been in us for almost 7 years. last time visited nepal around 3 years ago and i have worked outside on my ssn on anf off  since i got here in US. You think should i make some money and file later or should i do it right away before its too late? 
You think we dont need a lawyer to make paperwork ? i meant its obvious that the paper ta nakkali bhai halcha ni haina ? so the lawyer will help us or should we have to do on our own?

bro, mero suggestion manchau bhane apply gari hala wait nagara. US le jun din maoist lai terrorist bata nikalcha tyo din nepali haru ko asylum sakko bhanda hucha; and as there is talk in town its going to be soon ut there.
I dont want to mislead you since you have bee here more than 7 year and out of status; timro sure approve hudaina( medical reason dhekhaune option cha tara tyo timro case maa garo cha; paile gareko bhaye huntho ; aba aaile gayera malai 4-5 barsa agadi ko report de bhanna mildaina) . case court ma jancha. tara tyo ni ramrai huncha. timlai kaam garna dincha , legal hunchau just nepal jana paudaina tei ho.
apply garna bhanda paile at least story tayar gara. kina ki timro form ma ni lekhna parcha story ko baare . so paile story tayar gara ani paper banaune ho. lawyer le suggest maatra garcha(NY ma yeuta nepali lawyer le suggest matra gareko 4000 re lol) so i dont prefer lawyer until interview.
paper ta aba nepal ma banaune ho; so jhanjhat hunna.
timle social use garera kaam gareko nagareko kei farak pardaina. thy will ask about your condition of nepal not here.
timlai lawyer chaidaina tara help garne manche bhaye alik better huncha. its a formal process do we have to go step by step.

 thank you very much for the suggestion. You made some pretty good points. i am just worried you know about what to do and what not to. So you meant legal hunchau tara nepal jana napaune as in asylum approved but no green card or something like that ? So if my case goes to court they wont put me in removal proceeding will they? 

After your case is denied in interview you are subject to be removal from USA or you have to appear immigration judge. if you choose to appear in front of court in their given court date and time then you will not be removed from US unless your case is finished which will take from 1 year to 4 year (for first judge ; depends upon judge) .
When you apply for asylum there is somthing called clock (runs 1per day )which start from day of application received on asylum office ; if it exceed more than 150 days because of their reason (long wait for interview, denial on interview) then after 150 days you are legal to apply work permit (if you dont have social than social too).
After that you can live , work and do whatever you want but cant go nepal.
