I recently had a good trip to Nepal and I could feel that the change was in the air.
You simply cant expect the working conditions to be similar to a developed country,
but if you are willing, you can always find a way around the problem. The people
who have been educated overseas, seen a lot of things and have tons of experience
can really make a difference in Nepal at the moment.
Although there are plenty of bandhs in Nepal, people have really begun to defy such
things. I saw that even during bandhs only means of transportation were shut, but the
people were freely walking and the businesses were open as usual. As I said you should just
get acclimatised to the situation.
In the plus side there are so many things to do in Nepal. The markets that have already
been saturated in the developed world have merely begun in Nepal. You don't have to think
something new, you just need to implement the things that already exist in slightly modified
way. Some of my friends are already doing booming business over there.
Does this mean everything will be easy, the answer is No. You will struggle, be frustrated,
and run into risk of complete failure. But isn't it the same everywhere else. If you have a
good idea and the determination to implement it, Nepal is the place to be. And If you succeed the success will taste better than anywhere else in the planet.

Been back for almost a year now! Started work from the day after I arrived! Working on the job I like and want! Travelled all over Nepal!

At times was caught up  in Nepal Bands, had to leave a city hastily to outrun the Bandh! Have woken up at midnight to finish a project because of the load shedding early next morning. Joined a gym to ensure daily wash. Been heartbroken by the pessimism of some of the youths. Enraged by the looting cab drivers!

Still nothing beats the smile of the old lady and the assish when I give up my bus seat for her. Nothing beats the warm sun, and the daal bhat or the cheese balls you can even find everywhere! The random talk with the stranger. The endless plans of the youth! The entrepreneurship of the sidewalk pasale's. The lazy Saturdays! The chana chatpat of the east! the chaumin of the west!  and the list can go on!

Have nothing against those who don't want to return. But, life sucks everywhere if you let it go wrong!

Hey bro :O, Nepal is still heaven for those who have large inheritance.. those people lecture that why to go to Bidesh... Nepal is a Heaven.. well, of course for them, who don';t have to work and have paternal properties and so on.... but majority of NEapl is suffering pretty badly.

Really Nice Discussion.

I agree that Nepal is not in the state of a failed state. Still there's hope within the hearts of people of Nepal. Ok Let's go to the basics of a Nation. [a]. People (Labor) [b]. Industries (Ellites) and [c]. Goverment. A nation runs with people and industries, Industries I mean to reffer as a force which uses local resources to generate profit. And in this scenario, main role of the goverment is to be a balancing factor between demands and supply for people and industries, so that conditions of chaos would be minimized, in a sense to maintain law and order so that everything runs fine. That's the reason why we are paying taxes to Goverment, so does Industries. When I reffer to taxes, not only direct taxes but indirect taxes as well. And goverment utilize the money to build favourable condition for both the parties.

But in case of Nepal, I see goverment is not able to maintain Political Stability. Goverment is not able to make wise decision, that's the reason we are stuck in the political deadlock between India's as well as China's Political pressure. Many factors, Geographical Location, History of Never been Invaded, Cultural, Socio, Political Instablity, Economic Dependency has created this scenario.

And I see Political deadlock between policies between India's and China's Pressure has been one of the most significant reason for this case. In this case I just have problem to present, but I though am not smart enough to tackle this problem. Take account on Artifical Short Shortage/Artificial Petrol Shortage Created by India; that's reason why political leaders are consulting India before they are making even a simple routine decision. Geographically as well, Nepal is such a place where two almighy philosophies have a common grounds ( Capitalism and Communism).

P.S. OK I am tired.. :D I shall continue with my real homework.. This is making me dizzy :D

:0, very positive attitude, Kudos to you. More than often people post superficial comments which many other bheda bakhras of sajha follow esp when talking about sensitive issues like "Nepal ko Sthiti" "neta le desh bigaryo" "jaat paat chaidaina" etc. and  i feel people are just posting redundant comments which i have already heard. Among anything anyone has ever posted in sajha i think your posting stands out, very genuinely expressed comment, it really gave me hope and wish there were more people with similar mind set.
