Small front yard and back yard....Back yard is big enough for BBQ etc. 
8 minute walk to Train and Bus station - Path train and many buses. 7 minute to downtown JC and 10 minute to WTC 
C-Town, India Market within few blocks, New Port Mall 7 minutes on Train 
Rent is 700 a month and includes all utilities, Internet, Cable and there is a possibility of having the room partially/fully furnished......Would also require a security deposit of around 1000 bucks (landlord requirement)
