Status: OPT Masters: MBA(MIS) Bachlor's: BE electronics Engg In this situation i am planning to go back to nepal for few months. So i am planning to join PHD for new I20 so that i can apply for f1visa to come back here. Does anybody have idea about such universities( Cheapest).

Dude, all PhD programs are free...and they will pay you a handsome stipend too. If any university doesnt offer this...its a reapoff. But most of them, if not all univesities provide this benifit. Write back if you have any question.
