It is discussed within the governing SPA, that the new Commander in Chief for Nepali Army will be Lt. General Sharma, who is at peace keeping mission in the UN.
The present CIC could be told to leave the post any moment and the next expected CIC will not be on the roll for the post, instead SPA have chosen Gen. Sharma to lead the new Nepali Army.
This has sown the seed for the SPA to secure their position in the future and eliminates them to seek any authority for any implementations since the King will be out of check book. This has also sown another authotarian regime in Nepal, where the rule of law is absent and the hierachy in the army dismantled. Nepal is set for civil war very soon!
