Do you guys know anyone who came to USA on F-2 visa, pass NCLEX exam and get job here. Is it possible? if some one has experience can you please let me know the steps, or what can be done.

She can take NCLEX but F2 cannot hold job! In addition to this some states dont issue license until u provide SS# to them and finger print process is very long if u dont have SS. So make sure before u apply. In conclusion she can take NCLEX and keep her license active tho she dont hold any job and F2 dont have that have right yet to work!

Thanks for your input. Have applied in the state that does not require SSN. I know F-2 cannot work. However, is there any way to change the visa status. Australian nurse has E3 visa but need job offer before obtaining ssn and visa. Is there any company that can sponsor that, or something...

Do CE from CGFNS and go thru visa screen process its a long and tedious but if u get selected it worths
