My green card was approved in Dec 3. I have not received green card as to now. It has been 42 days so far. So, I was planning to get I-551 stamping on my passport. Do you think it would cause problem with government office (Nepal) in future? eg. jagga pass, passport renew etc

It is just another visa stamping in your passport, you are still citizen of Nepal. It won't change your rights/responsibities as Nepali citizen.

They won’t provide you that stamp just because you have not received your GC yet after approval. There are only some situation when they provide you the i551 stamp.
