If Government can act strongly and seize all the property of these defaulters as stated by them. That will be awesome. GO GOVERNMENT GO show them Nepal will be no longer in corrupted list. And here is the preliminary part of the above list. PRITHVIMAN SHRESTHA KATHMANDU, Feb 17 - The government has made public the names of 339 willful defaulters on Monday, saying that they did not show up to repay the bank loans even after they were given repeated chances for doing so. Each one of them has at least 10 million rupees to pay back, according to the finance ministry.Bimal Wagle, joint secretary at the ministry, said the defaulters owe the banks around Rs. 16 billion in principle. The amount would double should the interests be calculated, he said. The government has also initiated action against them such as seizure of their passports and blocking them from receiving several facilities a citizen is entitled to get, as per the cabinet decision of February 11. The ministry has basically made public the names of those who have defaulted on loans ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 50 million.Their number stands at 238. They have defaulted about Rs. 3 billion, according to Wagle. They have defaulted on the loans taken from 12 commercial banks, according to the ministry. The ministry also made public the names of defaulters who had taken loans amounting to over Rs. 50 million for the second time and their number stands at 101. They are required to pay about Rs. 13 billion in principle, according to Wagle. They didn’t pay back the loans taken from 10 commercial banks, he said. As per the government decision, the defaulters will not get appointment in government and public agencies. They will not be entitled to any rewards given by the state. They have been declared ineligible for becoming a director of any company. They cannot sell off their assets except for repaying the loans. Their family investments in the government bond will be confiscated and will be sold on auction. The government has also decided to prevent them from withdrawing cash deposited in banks and using keys to lockers. The amount received from the sale of the shares they own will be used for repaying the loans. They have been also barred from using debit and credit cards. The government has also formed a committee under Constituent Assembly member Hari Rokka in order to monitor the implementation of the government’s decision. Wagle said that the ministry had already sent letters to 22 ministries and departments under them to initiate action as mentioned above against the defaulters. The ministry has also asked Nepal Rastra Bank to write letters to the concerned commercial banks to take necessary action against the defaulters in order to bring them to their knees.
Peace.

phucking dhotis are responsible for collapse of nepal economy.
they cheat hardworking nepalis and never treat their nepali servants who come from the villages respectfully
..they should be deported back to dhotistan and does who do not go should have their businesses burned downed.

PreScript: The following narrative contains many expletives and profanities, however I donot intend any offense to any race, creed or class. It is a plain depiction of what would two people talk about in their smoke break at work.Booohoooo!! and the f***g immigrants are the reason of the collapse of the American economy. Lets learn English Alphabet today. A for Apple..apple maane syau...B for Boy...boy maane ketaC for Cat..cat maane biraloD for Dog...dog maane kukur...That's it for today. We will continue tomorrow!!A conversation between two people about Economy (Nepalese and American) in their smoke break:Darnell: Ay Yo!! Wassup man!! What's cracking fool?Shyam Bahadur: Nothing cracking doggie brother. Only money cracking my back.D: Why, wassup n***!! you ain't working hard or what?S: I working very hard, but this money not enough to pay my bills, you know. My electric bill, my gas bill, my rent, all is too many to pay with this little money.D: Ay ay!! I feel you brother. I ain't done paid my rent or any utilities for the last 3 months. What the f**k they gonna do, evict me? When they come in to evict me, I will evict their a** on their own f**g yard, you feel me??S: No, I donot feel you. But I can understand you. We all are the same part of the coin, no? This economy has cracked my back and yours too. Back in my country too, the same sh**. Ministers eating all the money and butter, and poor people living under the darkness. No job, no future, my country is sh** man. D: America was the same sh** dawg! know what I am saying!! 300 years ago, this s**thole was nothing..nothing...but them whitebreads made us slaves and brought our a**es and made us pick up cotton and sh**. And they f***g exported them cottons and made sh**load of money, and this country became what today is, for real!! Man, damn!!S: Really. But they donot even grow cottons in my country. F**k me dead, doggie brother!!D: Ay fool, let me tell you something...you ain't f**king with the money you had, know what I am saying, you gotta invest it in stocks and sh**t. Thats how you make dough bro..know what I am sayin'!! S: But if I invest my money in the stocks now, what will I eat, and what will I feel my wife and children ?D: See, thats what I am talking about, fool!! That very fear inside you of being hungry don't let you go anywhere. See, n***, look at me!! I got family, but they ain't sh**. Now I can afford to eat all the grubs I ever wanted, I can buy them frisky Jordans, and see this dawg, this sh** right here, this sh** called Black and Mild, exlusively made for n**s like us. This, my f**g friend is what you call American Dream!!S: And, Darnell, if you lose this job?D:(stares at Shyam Bahadur intently with bloodshot eyes): Damn, N***..why gotta say sh** like that!! You ruined my f***g moment fool. Sh** man!! S: Thats why, my friend, I work hard and save money, so that I don't have to worry about times like these.(Break over)Post Script: After reading this part, it didnot make any sense to me, given that the thread has enitrely different topic, but I guess, it does make sense if we put two and two together, lets hope for a five, if not six!!
