साथी हो सारै भो के गर्ने होला!!!

Before I had no job so I applied in all the place as I am available for full time. Now there are 3 job offers (from Restaurant) and they both are offering fro the full time job. The hour from one is not fixed but the hourly rate is really good like $15 per hour. the Other has fixed hours but the hourly rate is not good $8 per hour.

सुझाब चाहियि के गर्न होला ???

even if you work 20 hrs for the $15 job then you will make the money equivalent to 40 hrs of work at the $8 job. out of curiosity, what job in a restaurant pays $15/hr? whats the position?details

Accept both jobs.

After completing paperwork for both jobs, after a couple of days tell the employer paying $15 that you got another job thats more stable and you can only work for him if you can get a fixed schedule.

Doing so, the employer paying $15 would be compelled to provide you a work schedule as he would be reluctant to hire another person and start paperwork/ hassle all over again.

Just a thought!

Go for the one where you're gonna make 15 bucks/ hour. Simple as that.

8 vs 15. You put in 20 hours at the first place, you're gonna make about the same as you'd at the other place where you're only gonna be making 8 bucks an hour.

If you are student, go for 15/hr. That way when not working you will have time to study. Don't plan to work on restaurant rest of your life.

I'd rather accept job No. 3. Wait! Did you mention that though?

really it all depends on u n ur time management, if u r okay with when u go to work n they say its slow go home than go for 15 if u don't like that consider 8 coz that way u can plan ur time for such as school, party, or other things ,  i would suggest go n have a talk with ur $ 15  job n ask them whats the minimum hrs they can give u if they give u at least 20-25 of course go for it.
think twice before u jump in 15 . coz if hrs r not fixed job may not be fixed after a week as well.
anyway good luck on ur new job.
