I am looking to share my one bedroom apartment located on the south side of chicago. Easy access to CTA, PACE, and Metra. Grocery store right across the street from the unit. Major stores and restaurants around the area (walmart, borders, kfc, dunkin, cvs, walgreens, applebees, chippotle, pot belly, etc.). Good neighborhood. Public library in walkable distance. University nearby with a good library that makes up for a nice study environment. No security deposit. No lease.

Here's what I need from you:

No drugs. Smoking ok but outside the unit only. MUST clean up after yourself.
