what do you look in an immigration attorney when you need to file your permanent residency? white vs. non-white? local vs. out-of-state? a large firm vs. a small one-(wo)man home based operation? Experienced with nepali candidates or not?etc..Are all of them the same? Is it safe to just pick one and go?

I googled immigration attorneys in my area and there are tons of them in a 25 miles radius. I am just a bit nervous to approach one. Never had to deal with one of them.
