The QFMcard advertised here in Sajha is very unreliable. I tried it a couple of times, sometime it was good but most of the time, it is very hard to hear the other end. I never felt it was worth trying their service. Level of satisfaction is just around 25 %

Their STI World card is the worst one. You get connected just hear तपाइले सम्पर्क गर्नु भएको नम्बरमा बाह्यसेवा उपलब्ध छैन, कृपया फेरी प्रयास गर्नु होला ।

These QFM people do not receive telephone complaints, they do not reply email complaints, and running their buisiness in unprofessional way.

Better is to stay away from them.

Not only their STI world, all other cards QFM, Turbo talk etc. do not work.

 

Too bad service.

And how true is it? Is it really that expensive or it's just a Typo? I have been glancing at it since a long back.

Indeed calling cards are real crap.

Hi Chana Dai, I know how bad the QFM Card Service is. I used 3 times and none of them were good. I called several times but never got response for a week or two and then followed up with the several emails but never got any single response any time soon. But i got response after two weeks and he said that i cheated him. I complained that your service is bad and am not satisfied with your cards and he said that i tried cheating him. I have   his emails what he said and if are interested to see that email please let me know i will show you. I am really pissed off with the dealings he did and the service of QFM card.

Dai you are right  that they run businnes in a very unprofessional way and do not have ethics at all.  I request all sajhatis not to use QFM cards at all and if you use you will regret later. 

I am not going to use these cards any more.

Thanks nmsake for more info. You may put those emails for public display, name and address may be removed or changed for privacy concerns. I am already a victim and the email will certainly be good information to make others aware on this issue.
