General consensus seems to be

I-821 >> $85 Biometrics fee.
I-765 >> regardless of if u need/don't need EAD. if you need EAD, $380 fee.
2 copies of recent color American PP size Photos
copy of I-94 front and back
copy of TPS approval notice
copy of Previous EAD (if any) front and back

THATS ALL !!!

But have seen some people mention supporting documents like copy of passport, utility bills.. etc. But it clearly says in 1.B of Instructions for Application for Temporary Protected Status that you don't need to send any of those.

So what is the right answer ?

The answer is adding supporting documents does not hurt your application. Not having it might hurt.

I second @fdpower. Even though the re registration guidelines mention that supporting docs are not required adding them doesn't hurt your application. In my case I was out of country on June 24 when TPS was declared, so i had added explanation and proofs on initial tps application. I added those as well just to be sure.

Its all to be sure our application don't take too long :)

My TPS from last year still hasn't been approved; however, I received EAD o October 30, 2015. My check status still says this-

On July 20, 2015, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status, Receipt Number LIN********. Our Nebraska Service Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Please suggest or share if any of you have similar situation or know anything about this situation. Should I re-apply while it is pending? Or Just wait until USCIS makes a decision in my first case
