hello guys,
where do i translate my Birth Certificate issued by VDC in Nepal ? Does the embassy in DC provide translation service or we can translate it ourself ?
Pls help

I think you have to be authorized to traslate so you cannot do it yourself and i believe nepal embassy do provide this service. Look up their web site.

No. anyone except concerned person can translate document but the translator must sign infront of "Notary Public" . The notorized document is valid as original. I have translated several documents including birth certificate and accepted by USCIS and courts.
