Under the Common Law of Libel, Slander and Privacy Invasion, the people who have posted the links of Namrata's Sex Scandal Video can be prosecuted if these perpetrator resides in US, for posting information without the authority of the subject, for the purpose of defamation.

The ip-address of the person, including hehehaha/loll  has been tracked and will be given a ultimatum of 24 hrs to remove all those links. The host www.Sajha.com is also under scrutiny and will be questioned for giving rights to people for posting such videos. Sajha.com can be charged for violating the Internet Privacy Law.

I have a question if someone uses your photo and name and crreats a account in Hi5. Can he be arrested or file a case?

 Email Id has been used and can easily track the id.
