For graduate level, the total out of state fees is 6200 USD
If you get scholarship/assistantship you will get instate tuition i.e approx 3200-3500 USD
For undergraduate, it depends on how much scholarship you have received while admission or from transfer.
My undergradutes friends are paying about 2500 USD on average most of whom get transfer from other Universities or from nearby community colleges. Transfer scholarship seems good in UT Arlington.

I am going to the Uni of TX Arltington right now and I pay about 3500$ per semester with my scholarship. I have 1000$ scholarship which automatically qualifies to you get in state tuition fee. The link that I have posted up there IS the amount that you will pay if you get a scholarship. Of course you can deduct the 500 off each semester. If your GPA is more than 3.75 then you are going to get 1500$ scholarship and if you are in the Pie Thita Kappa t hen you get additional 500$ off each year. The 3500$ is with the student insurance too though.
There is nothing special that you need to do to apply for scolarship. Just go through the normal application procedures and if your GPA is above 3.5 you will get the 1000$ scholarship which will automatically qulaify you for the instate tuition. Be sure tht you apply way before the deadline though becuase as someone said above, it is first come first serve. If their fundings are over by the time they get to your application, then you are out of luck! And if you get in to UTA once without scholarship, there is no other way of getting scholarship/ So you will have to pay full tuition each semester which will be around 7000$ or more!
Hope this helps!:)

What is the possibility of getting assistanceships? And how about transfer? I think deadline for fall 2007 has been crossed. In many Universities TA or RA are available after joining the Univ and in very few we can get pre-approved TA/RA based upon the performance of undergrad/previous degree. valuable suggestion pls!

Parbatya.. the possibility of getting RA/TA positions depends on which degree and department you are applying for. Some departments reserve their TA/RA posotions only for PhD students. I am in the psychology department and the way it works there is... after you get in you schedule an appointment with the respective Prof and they interview you and appoint you for the position. I think you should speak to your department advisor for details. I am an undergrad but I am doing research with a prof. and our GRA is from sociology. After getting in she was really disappointed because she could not get assistantship because it was reserved for Phds. But she took an appointment with my prof. and came for an interview and got the position. She just did not inquire about it before getting in the program.. so the best thing to do would be to talk to the advisor!
The deadline for Fall '07 is somewhere in March.. so yeah thats gone for now! I would not know how to answer your transfer question. If you were an undergrad I would know better.. but for grad. students I dont really know!

Thanks Rythm
I sent a mail to prof. JC williams, transfer advisor and he is related to my field too. But he is not responding anymore. I think there are no seats available for fall 2007. Anyway thanks for the information.
