I feel like I have cancer or HIV becoz i have been itching a lot everywhere on my body. If something is on I will be ashamed to show my face in Nepal. How could I return home like that. I don't either want to go to doctor and find out. What if it came out to be positive. I am feeling like wish I could die rather. Sometimes I feel like may be it's becoz of the weather or may be I am allergic to anything. when I see spiders or caterpillars I start itching. The more I think what if i have cancer or HIV, I get to itch more.

I am getting paranoid and scared, god help me. These are the red spots formed after scratching off. Sometimes my nails scratch too much and bleeds. I don't want to go to doctor and find out.

Bro i had similar problems with my skin. I tired all kinds of creams and moisturizers. but honestly coconut oil fixed me in a week. Read about coconut oil it helps with your skin and metabolism to mood and anxiety and so many other things. your condition looks more like some kind of allergic reaction tho. see a doc ,it's no big deal.

I always take shower with warm water even in summer and hot water in winter. I used some moisturizer today after shower though but still it's itching. NAS what you mean antihistamine? Can you write in English?
