Throw away all ur junk foods; chips, coke drinks, juices Try to use minimum sugar for ur coffee/tee, sugarless is the best Never skip breakfast, drink lots of water Increase vegetable/fruit consumption and lower cheap chicken meat consumption Replace white rice with brown rice or whole grain breads Exercise daily at least 30 min. With big belly and 195 lbs, running fast might hurt ur knee, so just start by walking/jogging and slowly advance to running after few weeks Main thing is to increase ur heart rate, playing boxing fast in ur room also helps... Do not spends lots of time just sitting on the couch, try to do things while standing

मैले त बुढी लग्यो पो पढेछु !! चस्मा खोजे जस्तो छ ! कुखुराको परिकार संग बियर चढाई संग दिनभरि कुर्सि बिहान बेलुकी काउचको बसाइको नतिजा हो ! हैन र ? कुकुराले मात्रै भुडी बदाउदैन बरु बोसो र छाला फ्यालेर canola oil ( Saturated fat कम् ) भएको तेल मा थोरै मात्र हालेर पकाउने | गेडा गुDi र हरियो सागसब्जी तिर बल गर्ने ( दैनिक salad खाने) salad dresser मा olive oil , नुन र basil ,little lemon , दालचिनी मिसाएर स्वादिलो बनाउने, Home made is better. ( for salad :- carrot, bell paper ( red and green ), cucumber , sometimes I would like to toss grapes and apricot, Change your regular habit and food intake, never skip breakfast and heavy breakfast and lunch are far better than heavy dinner ( specially daal bhat and beers ).

I always say it's not about how much you eat, it's about what you eat. If you like daal bhat tarkari, have more daal and less rice. Introduce fermented food in your diet like kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, sugar-free yogurt, etc. Eating an apple a day is also proven for weight loss. Try to work little bit raw veggies like spinach, carrots, broccoli, etc into every meal. Enzymes in raw food helps with digestion. They (scientists) are saying that the good bacterias in your gut is what keeps you healthy and slim.

Actually white rice isn't bad if you don't eat too much. I find eating (American) wheat is much worse.
