KATHMANDU, Nov 20 -
Hot
on the heels of sharp criticisms and allegations against the Maoist
youth front Young Communist League (YCL) over the murder of two youths,
YCL Chairman Ganeshman Pun Thursday expressed his commitment to assist
in taking legal action against those involved in killing the youths who
were said to have been abducted by the front.Refuting
the charge against the Maoist fraternal wing, the YCL chief said that
the murder allegations were made to defame the party which is leading
the ruling coalition.
(why do people need to defame maoist, the party whose major resource is the intimidation and vandalization)
"Let
the probe panel prove this (charge).we are ready to take action against
anyone, found guilty by investigation—be that a leader or activist," he
said at a programme in the capital today.
( then where is you step dad bibidh?)
He said, "We have no hesitation to penalise those involved in criminal activities."
(how many times you penalized? what is the know-how of those involved?)
Pun
went on to deny the charge that YCL cadres were involved in murdering
Puskar Dangol and Nirmal Pant of Syuchatar VDC in Kalanki.
Speaking
at the same programme, leaders of the students' union affiliated to
various parties accused the YCL of killing Puskar and Dangol and
demanded action against the guilty.
President
of All Nepal National Free Students' Union (ANNFSU) Ram Kumari Jhankri
called on all to condemn such incidents so that the YCL cadres will
think before they act.
Likewise,
Mahendra Yadav, chairman of Nepal Tarun Dal, said, "Prime Minister and
Home Minister must resign immediately as the government is incompetent
in maintaining law and order situation in the county."
At the programme, witness of the abduction, Madhukar Sharma said he was receiving death threats since past couple of days.
The bodies
of Panta, 22, and Dangol, 24, were found in Dhading district on Tuesday
after a month of their abduction that led to a crippling strike in the
capital today. Posted on:
