Hi Guys,
One of my friend would like to apply for MBA/MCS or any software related graduate programs in any US university that doesn't need TOEFL/GRE for the coming Fall Session. He has Computer Engineering degree from KU, Nepal.
Do you know any US University that doesn't require TOEFL/GRE?
Thanks much!

The universities that do not require toefl will usually make you take ESL classes which is a waste of money, so better take toefl.

i think also you really don;t want to be college where they don't require TOFEL/GRE. ALso it might make is harder for you to get visa. Tofel is really not that big of a deal. I would suggest your firend to complete all the necessary requirement.

Bigger question is - Is there any reason why desite having attended arguably Nepal's finest private University, your 'friend' is reluctant to take the test(s)? I mean, he's more than likely to get into an average to great computer program if he managed to excel in GRE test (along w/ good resume, GPA and recommendation letters, of course).
