Hi! all, my H1B is going to be expire on 1st of October and I started all this process on 1st of September but my lawyer put the wrong FEIN no, so that DOL(dep. of labor) denied my LCA. And lawyer kept on doing mistakes again and again.Finally, he submitrd my ETA form to DOL on 24th on september which the Department is required to make a determination to certify or not
certify the form within 7 working days of the date it is received by
the Department and they received my ETA form on 24th.In my case I just have couple of days not even a week.My main concern is if my LCA is not approved within this month then I can't file for H1B on 1st of october.Do any expert know if there is any grace period or how to fix this problem? Any expert idea is appriciated. thanks
