Hi, My H1 did not get picked in 2008. OPT already expired and working on CPT. Thinking to process GC since my employer is ready to do it. But the real problem is I have a short work experience and this Employer is DHOTI. heard these people screw you a lot but got no choice. What do you think? Anyof you been in this situation? What would you do?
