I can't lose you, but I know I have;
My state of 'denial' denies to surpass!
I been searching for you everywhere, in me - within me;
out in the open, on the streets, next to my driver's seat!
For you, it might just have been a sin;
but me? I lost my everything!
Being without me - you must have gotten used to;
I m stuck - it takes much more for me to!
Do not think I gave up, coz I know I never will;

From here on, I know NOT what my roads are like;
Knobby, dusty and bumpy, filled with spikes!
Nonetheless, I m destined to walk alone;
So, I shall limp amidst pebbles and stones!
I've decided to wait, but I know not what my threshold is;
coz they say-with time, the intensity is set to decrease!
I did not wish for any presents nor a Christmas tree,
all I wanted for Christmas was YOU;
Santa missed you off my list,
