I am a new comer too. I did like going through Parmendra's new comer's tips though I do not know how much of it is applicable here.
I was briefly a member of online Nepali community discussion forum couple of years ago. What I observed there was a lot of wrangling going on between two personalities on the forum, especially someone by the surname of T_____ and S_____. The competition to blame eachother and smear other's personality was so much between these two folks that they forgot to consider that others were also using the same forum and were not interested in their personal vendetta. I hope this forum is something different and is well placed to respect all the Nepalese friends using this forum not only from US but from all parts of the world.
